A citizen who has passed the Health Assistant, Proficiency Certificate Level in Nursing or Ophthalmic Assistant from a recognized educational institution, Rs. 136000233401 in the current account of this establishment is located at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Bhotahiti branch, Kathmandu. After submitting the original voucher of 2000 (with no refund of Rs. Two thousand), submission of all the documents mentioned in the Entrance Examination Form, which will be distributed from the Office of the Dean of National Academy of Medical Sciences Nepal, Establishment Date, 2076/08/08. The office should be submitted to the National Institute of Medical Sciences, Bir Hospital, Mahabouddha.
If you leave on that day, you will have to submit the form within the first day of leaving the office the next day.
The admission form will be distributed on 2076/09/16. The date, time and place of the entrance examination will be mentioned in the admit card. Anyone who needs more detailed information is advised to contact the dean's office.

Note: For any reason, if the Government of Nepal and the Sponsor seat are left vacant, one of the open contestants will be admitted in the order of successive candidate score.
- Government of the State, Ministry of Social Development Candidates with qualifications working under 2 to 7 provinces should attach the nomination form of the National Health Training Center (NHTC).
- Government of the State, Ministry of Social Development Candidates with qualifications working in 1 The nominating letter of the Ministry of Social Development shall be attached.
- The sponsor seat of Nick Simon Institute should be attached to this organization's nomination letter.
- Candidates working in a government organization where CEOC is applicable will be given candidacy.
- The age of the candidates who apply in favor of age shall be in accordance with the prevailing norms till the last date of application.
- A copy of the certificate, registered with the Nepal Health Professional Council / Nepal Nursing Council, and a certificate of at least 2 years' work experience must be submitted to a recognized health institution from the Government of Nepal after the registration certificate.
