In the affiliated campuses of Tribhuvan University Institute of Science and Technology Studies; The following entrance examination program has been published for the students who want to be admitted in the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) 2077 in the field of science which is taught according to the annual examination system.
Entrance Exam Programs:
1) Application Form Distribution: From 29th Magh, 2077, the application form can be downloaded and filled from the website of this Institute of Science and Technology: www.tuiost.edu.np.
2) Deadline for submission of application form: Till 28th of Falgun 2077 BS in respective campuses/colleges. The last date to submit the form for payment of double fee: Chaitra 5, 2077.
3) Entrance Examination Fee: Rs. 900 (Candidates have to pay the entrance examination fee deposited on current account no. 045001000991070000001Of Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur branch of the Institute of Science and Technology. The original bank voucher has to be attached.)
4) Date and time of entrance examination: Saturday, Chaitra 14, 2077
- Biological Group: 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Physical Group: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
5) Entrance Examination Center: This Will be published later.
6) Class operation: from the 27th of Chaitra 2077 BS.
7) When filling the application form the student must submit the documents of +2 or equivalent (Science) examination, equivalent letter obtained from Curriculum Development Center, Sano Thimi in case of foreign board and CTEVT.
8) Minimum Qualification for Application: Must have passed I.Sc., 10 + 2 Science, A-Level, or similar examination. Final Grade C must be obtained in each subject by studying 200/200 integers in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and English for study in Biological Group. In order to study in Physical, one has to study Chemistry, Maths, Physics, and English with 200/200 integers and pass Final Grade C (Grade Point 2) in each of the above-mentioned subjects. Must have minimum E grade for A-Level.
9) Students who have passed the entrance examination will be able to be admitted to any campus/college on the basis of merit within the prescribed quota.
10) According to this program, the annual examination of the students will be held in the month of Poush 2078.
