Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Notice regarding the publication of the results of the Special Technical Education Scholarship Program 2078 at the Diploma / Certificate and Pre-Diploma level in the academic session 2076/079 and the admission of the selected candidates in the recommended educational institutions.
As provided in the budget and program of the Government of Nepal for the Fiscal Year 2078/07, 22 disadvantaged groups including Dalits, Muslims, poor Haliyas, and Kamaiyas from all over the country (Vanakaria, Baram, Bote, Chepang, Danuwar, Dhanuk, Hayu), jhagad, Kisan, Krisunda, Lepcha, Majhi, Meche, Kasbadia, Raji, Raute, Satar, Sinsa, Siyar, Srel, Thami, Thunam) According to the notice published in the Gorkhapatra Rastriya Dainik Patrika on 2078-05-17 and 2078-06-11, the candidates who have submitted the application form only this time have duly filled the application form. It is requested that the results be published as per the notice published in the Gorkhapatra National Daily to recommend and publish the results for selection and admission.
Based on the required minimum educational qualifications, the main candidates and the alternate candidates have been selected as per the result list dated 2078-07-16.
15 days from the date of publication of this notice (dated 2078-08-02) and in case of public holiday on that day, the main candidates who have been recommended within the next day should have downloaded the results from the website and enrolled in the designated educational institution.
This notice has been published for the information of all those who are going to be admitted to the specified educational institution with the required original documents (educational certificates, admission letter, and original copy of their class opening certificate) as mentioned in the guideline on admission within the mentioned period, 2074 (Fourth Amendment).
Candidates who have been recommended for admission will be provided a free admission letter (admission letter) with photos from the educational institution, concerned council / provincial office, or educational institution recommended for admission. Admission Letter (Admission Letter) from ITMS Online should be printed and submitted at the time of admission.
Based on this information, the designated educational institutions designated for admission to the scholarship have published the details of the result published at www.ctevtexam.org.np. The principal of the educational institution should verify and keep a copy of the same in the records of the educational institution.
No fee (deposit, library, experimental, transportation, etc.) will be charged within the stipulated period only for the candidates who have attained the prescribed educational qualification as per the guideline on Diploma and Certificate Level Entrance Examination, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission, 2074 (Fourth Amendment). Admission within the prescribed quota is notified by this notice.
If the candidates who are not qualified for the educational program to study without verifying the original documents are admitted, the council registrations of such examinees will not be maintained.
Candidates are advised to contact the educational institution/office where the application has been submitted or the educational institution where the admission has been recommended.
If the quota remains vacant in any educational program due to non-enrollment of the main examinee within the mentioned period, the concerned educational institution publishes 7 days notice in Gorkhapatra Rastriya Dainik and gives 7 days notice from the candidates on the optional / waiting list. And from among the candidates in the passing list, the qualification should be admitted in order.
The concerned educational institution will select the target quota of the target group and group of the educational program from which the vacancy has been left. In case of non-fulfillment, selection will be made from other programs in the same province. Even after that, if the quota becomes vacant, you will have to participate in the entrance examination in the quota which has been left vacant from the passing list of other states and applies for the program as per your wish.
The results of the examination are published on www.ctevtexam.org.np.
