Notice regarding admission application for Diploma in Civil and Automobile Engineering in the academic session 2077-2078 of Gandaki Polytechnic Institute (Gandaki Prabiskhik Shikshayalaya), Bhandardhik, Kaski, run by Pokhara Metropolitan City in partnership with Technical Education and Vocational Training Council.

How to fill the form online:
1) You can download the form from www.pokharamun.gov.np. (Different forms are available for Open Quota, Target Category, and Pre-Diploma and TSLC / TSEE Quota.)
2) Download and print the form, fill in the handwritten form (35x45mm) size photo on the printed form, and sign.
3) Scan the filled form at 300dpi and attach all the required documents and mail to [email protected].
P.S .: You can collect or submit the form from the office of Gandaki Polytechnic Institute adjacent to the Pokhara Metropolitan Educational Administration Division, Damside, or Janaprakash Secondary School Bhandardhik.
Last date to submit the form: 2077-06-15 by 4 pm
Documents to be attached with the form:
- (one) copy of a transcript of passing SEE / SLC examination.
- (one) copy of the character certificate and transfer letter of the concerned school.
- (one) copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate or minor certificate or birth certificate.
- A recent passport size (35x45 mm) color photographs of both the ears of the student appearing for the entrance examination should be attached with 2 (two) copies.
- Students filling out the form in the full fee targeted classroom must attach the relevant target class certification documents. Students filling up the form in the staff offspring quota, metropolitan open quota, Kaski open quota, local school center quota will have to attach certified or identifying documents from the ward office.
- Full Fee Application Form Fee Rs.800 / - Receipt submitted through e-Sewa or Voucher (Scan) submitted to Bank 1 (one) copy.
- Bank Account Number: Miscellaneous Expenses of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Pokhara Metropolitan City should be deposited in Account No. 3020100302070002.
- Candidates have to prove themselves in the certificates submitted along with the entrance exam form.
- Forms of the candidates who do not submit the above documents will be canceled.
