Diploma, PCL and Pre-Diploma Level Admission Notice from CTEVT Province 2:
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Province Office, Province No. 2, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha: As per the pre-diploma and diploma and certificate level programs in the academic session 2077/078, the main candidates have not been enrolled in the classified (free) scholarships due to being vacant. Regarding the application for admission in the vacant seat from among the candidates in the alternate/pass list according to the qualification order in this provincial office.
As per the information of the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, the students who have filled up the form for classified (free) scholarships have pre-diploma level published on 2077-7-20 and diploma and certificate level published on 2077-07-23.
According to the results of the entrance examination; vacant seats and quotas that have not been selected and enrolled in various programs have to be admitted according to the merit list among the candidates who are on the optional list of the same program.
This notice has been published for the information of all the candidates who are on the alternative list to submit their application for study in this state office by 2077-08-25.
In addition, in some programs, even if there are no examinees in the alternate list, including the alternative list, in any program and quota, the candidates in the alternative/pass list have to be recommended for admission according to the qualification order. Candidates on the passed list are also informed to apply for admission within the same time period.

1) Application Letter
2) Copy of admission card
3) Details of the results of the Classified (Free) Scholarship posted on the website
4) Copy of citizenship/birth certificate
5) Other documents as directed.
