In connection with the above, from this Examination Control Office for the academic session 2078/079; According to the notice published in Gorkhapatra Rashtriya Dainik and www.ctevtexam.org.np dated 2078-05-02 in various programs of pre-diploma level in the affiliated / approved educational institutions affiliated to the council, TECS, and private level; The last date for filling up the application form for a pre-diploma level full fee has been fixed till Wednesday, 2078-05-23.
Due to the global epidemic of Covid-19 being in a state of prohibition for a long time and due to floods and landslides in different parts of the country, transportation is not easy; Due to the difficulty in collecting the required documents for the applicants as well as the low number of applications received from the educational institutions due to the request from the educational institutions to extend the deadline for filling up the application form; This notice has been published for the information of all concerned regarding the extension of the deadline for filling up the application form as per the decision dated 2078-05-17 so as to maintain the following last date.
Details
1) The last date to fill the application form for the full fee of pre-diploma level is Monday, 2078-06-04.
2) The last date for payment of fees by the educational institutions is 2078-6-05 on Tuesday within office hours.
3) The application forms filled by the examinees should be submitted by the concerned educational institutions to the Web-Based Online Integrated Training Management System (ITMS) available from CTEVT, Examination Control Office by 12:00 pm on Wednesday 2078-06-06. If the application form filled by the examinee is not submitted to the online ITMS within the date fixed by the concerned educational institution, the application form will not be accepted; And such examinees will not be included in the list of qualifications. The educational institution concerned will be responsible for this.
4) For the first time in the academic session 2078/079, the educational institutions filling the application form to run the affiliation / sanctioned PI program from the council can send the username and password to the official letter of the office [email protected] to fill the application form in ITMS. The principal's name, mobile number, and email must be mentioned in the letter.
