Lok Sewa Experience Sajan Gamal

First experience:

For the first time in 2072, the opportunity to take part in the examination conducted by the Public Service was opened. At that time, I had participated in the exams taken for the post of Naib Subba. Before that, I was unaware of the public service and public service examinations. For the first time, I did not know how to prepare for the public service exam. But, I prepared my own. And, at one point, I was successful in the public service exam.

I was appointed as the first civil servant in Gamal. Foreign employment was the first purpose of my elder uncles and brothers. However, I was successful in the civil service, cutting it off.

 Experience in branch officer examination
I was appointed to the Ministry of Finance following the recommendation of Naib Subba. I was studying undergraduate at that time. Therefore, I could not attend the branch officer's examination in 2072.

For the first time in 2073, I decided to participate in the examination of the post of branch offices. I passed the preliminary exam. However, I was not ready for the second phase exam. I was unable to devote time to the curriculum. My morale was not rising. Then I decided to take the exam next year only. I did not attend the second phase exam that year.

Recommendations to the Branch Officer:

For the second year in a row, I participated in the branch office exam for the second time. This time I found the study very easy because I had already collected the necessary data and materials. As a result, I passed the written exam. Then passing the interview, in 2075, I was recommended as a branch office of the Administration Services Revenue Group.

Study experience:

First of all, I collected books published by various authors in the market. The benefit of studying from so many books was that in any case there was confusion, I could study intensively, which was not possible when studying a book.

Similarly, I used to study economic surveys, yellow books, and white papers published by the Ministry of Finance. I used to search and read about world events on the Internet. I also consulted with the public service colleagues to improve their studies, understanding their views on any topic.

Not my own theory, but I think that if you discuss a topic you know with your peers, the knowledge you have about that subject is long-lasting. I used the same method during my studies.

We lack the ability to teach what we know, and there is a tendency to want to learn from others. So teaching him what he knows will benefit himself. Teaching and learning need to be on both sides.

Luck:

While working in the finance ministry, I was working in the secretariat of the Revenue Secretary. Shishir Kumar Dhungana was the revenue secretary at that time. I used to ask him questions I did not know and was hesitant about. It was both an honor and a privilege for me to be able to read in His proximity. The encouragement, encouragement and hard work I received from him has brought me here today. Luck also helps those who work hard
Done.

Stress Management:

The pressure, to some extent, acts more motivating than I have in my experience. When I was preparing for the post of Deputy Subba, I was under pressure to find a job. Because of that, I was recently married. Likewise, for the second time taking part in the examinations of a branch office, there was pressure on himself that he had created the first time without taking part in the examination.

Likewise, the stress created by entering the exam hall was different. However, pressure management is not easy. Today, I fully agree that pressing on as positive energy can be successful. With the same pressure and tension as Brahmastra, I was able to succeed in the examination of the post of Deputy Subba and Branch Officer by the Public Service.

Time management:

Time management is a matter of how to set aside time for daily study, how to judge each question in a timely manner at the appropriate time. Preparation is essential for time management. Time management can be done efficiently if we can participate in the examinations taken by different institutions before the main test we give. It seems like time management is the only way we can get the topic we know into our answer book at a certain time.

Suggestions:

Just as we must endure the pressure, heat, and hammer to become an idol of stone, we must endure the hammering of various pressures and failures to achieve success in life. Otherwise, we are just waiting for a simple and easy journey.
