Teachers and Students

Upendra Paudel has written this article on Kantipur daily (10 August 2019). He suggested that all students spend 18 hours with their families but only 6 hours with teachers. Most parents and our society question teachers about students' careers. Parents must be responsible for their children career and they should look after the children behaviors. The parents also love, care and make happy to their children.

Starting child school marks a new milestone in your child's development. Apart from family, infant school also plays an important role in teaching your child knowledge and skills. Intergalactic interactions between parents and teachers certainly help in their development.

As parents, we all want our children to develop normal and balanced in cognition, language, operation, self-care, and social skills as well as behavior. However, foster children will become anxious if the child does not perform as expected. To avoid undue concerns, parents and teachers are advised to consider the following points in observing children's performance:

Child development is a continuous process that grows in a certain sequence. Nevertheless, each child develops at its own pace and individual differences are expected.
Every child has its own strengths and weaknesses. It is perfectly natural for a child to be specific in a certain area, but to be comparative or weak in another.

A child may perform differently in different subjects. Interaction between parents and teachers helps in understanding the overall performance of the child.

The age of children in a classroom can vary greatly. Younger children may need more time and guidance to acquire some knowledge and skills. Parents and teachers should adjust their expectations accordingly.

If there is a concern about the development of a child, then parents and teachers should also look at demonstrating how to coordinate the child's school life. Keeping in mind that the child is learning and growing together if the problem is only temporary, or only one or two sides of a child / girl-specific development (eg language, cognition, moderation, self-care, and behavioral skills ) I am a little behind. However, if the child's performance is consistently different from other children, parents and teachers should discuss with each other for further actions.
