Overview
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree offered by this college is awarded by Pokhara University, One of the recognized university in national and international level. BBA is a four-year semester based program offered to the students who want to develop their career in the field of management. The aim to develop the intellectual, decision making and problem solving ability through the blend of quality education with practical exposure to corporate world.
The Four year BBA program is divided into 8 semesters and it comprises of 42 subjects each carrying 3 credit hour. The students also need to do the project. Students are also allowed to take the specialization in two subjects in their 7th and 8th semester. This Course will help to enhance their skill, critical thinking ability, analyzing the problems, making suggestions and recommendations, building up your confidence to communicate effectively.
Evaluation System:
The performance of the students is evaluated through a system of continuous testing spread over the entire period of studies both internally and externally. Both the internal and external testing system have an equal weightage of 50%. The internal evaluation is carried out by the concerned faculty member through presentation, case studies, assignment and internal examinations, etc. where's external evaluation is done through semester and examination conducted by the Pokhara University.
Admission Criteria:
Students most have completed their intermediate or higher secondary level (10+2) with a minimum score of 45%. Prospective students must also pass the entrance examination conducted by the college.
Admission test:
The admission test will be of two hours long consisting of multiple choice questions (verbal ability, quantitative ability & general awareness) and free writing(Essay).
Scholarships Schemes
Tilottama offers scholarships to at least 5% of total students on the basis of their past academic results, performance in entrance examination and interview conducted by the admission committee.
