Since the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN) resides in the following date, time and place for discussion and decision on the following proposals, all as per Article 27 of Article 2034 of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN) This notice is published for the information of the members.

Location: The premises of the Nepal Khadhya Sansthan, Sinhadurbar, Kathmandu

Discussion topics:

(A) General proposal:

1. To discuss and pass the Chairman's Annual Report on behalf of the Working Committee.

2. All financial details will be discussed and passed along with the audit report of FY 2075/076.

3. Appoint auditor of FY 2076/077 and determine his remuneration.

4. To elect the Chairman, Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer and 6 working committee members to be on the 33rd Working Committee of the Association.
