Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu Notice to fill up the examination application form for the candidates appearing for the regular examination of the first year (new syllabus) of the 3 year LLB undergraduate level.
According to the annual examination system by Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office Balkhu; According to the new syllabus of the first year of the 3 year bachelor's level LLB which will be conducted in the year 2078, the candidates of the law faculty who are giving regular examination will have to submit the examination application form in their campus / college from 2nd Poush 2078 to Poush end and double fee within one week. This information has been published for the information of all concerned.
1) Regarding the examination form:
A) The examination application form should be filled by the student himself and submitted to the concerned campus / college by himself. Otherwise the TU Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be held accountable.
B) Students must mention TU registration number in the examination application form.
C) 2 passport size photos taken recently (in plain clothes) will be required to fill the examination application form.
D) If a copy of the admission card has to be taken by the time of conducting the examination, the photo as used in the examination application form should be submitted
2) Regarding the deadline and fee for filling up the examination application form:
A) Within 2 (two) days from the date of expiry of regular fee, voucher of the amount as per prescribed fee must be prepared in the name of TU Office of the Controller of Examinations. Otherwise, there will be a double fee.
B) The campuses of Kathmandu Valley must submit the voucher in the name of TU Office of the Controller of Examinations to the TU Office of the Controller of Examinations in Balkhu within 2 (two) days. Campuses outside the Valley should submit the voucher within four days along with the examination application form to the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations in the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations and Campus outside the Valley of the Office of the Controller of Examinations to the TU Office of the Controller of Examinations in Balkhu.
C) The campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must make a bank voucher of the examination fee within 2 (two) days and the campuses outside the valley must submit the examination application form along with the bank voucher within 4 (four) days after the expiry of double fee.
D) When submitting the examination forms, the form should be submitted first to the Accounts Branch along with the bank voucher in the concerned Office of the Controller of Examinations.
E) Exam application form has to be entered online in the concerned campus within the period of regular fee. Detailed information on this subject can be found on the web site of TU Office of the Controller of Examinations.
3) Examination fee
A) Regular campus fee is Rs.470
B) Exam Application Form Fee Rs. 60
C) Examination center fee is Rs. 100
D) The fee for one subject per section of experimental examination is Rs. 150
E) Experimental examination for two or more subjects Rs. 275
F) Field work, term paper and project work fee is Rs. 275
