Agricultural Development Bank Level-4 Lekhpal Second Phase Written Exam Venue Notice

The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, has published this notice regarding the second phase written examination of the Agricultural Development Bank. This relates to Advertisement No. 18/2081–82 (Open and Inclusive), Administration Service, Level-4, Lekhpal position.

Candidates who passed the first phase preliminary examination conducted on 2081/12/22 are informed that the second phase written examination will be held on the dates, times, and venues mentioned below.

Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the examination date, along with supporting documents specifying the reason for the request, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.

Notes for Candidates

1. The examination will not be postponed due to any unexpected holiday unless notified by the Commission in advance.

2. Only black ink dot pen or pen must be used in the answer sheet.

3. Carrying bags, mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices into the exam hall is prohibited.

4. Candidates without an admit card will not be allowed to sit for the exam. The admit card must be carried and candidates must reach the exam venue at least 1 hour before the start time.

5. Along with the admit card, candidates must bring a citizenship certificate or any photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal.

6. Candidates will not be allowed to sit at any venue other than the assigned exam center.

7. For infectious disease safety, candidates should arrange their own mask, sanitizer, and drinking water.
