Alternative Energy Promotion Centre Sets Written Exam Schedule for Various Posts
Kathmandu. The Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC), Tahachal, under the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Government of Nepal, has published the written examination schedule for various posts to be filled on a contract basis. The Centre issued a notice on Bhadra 9, 2083, setting the examination timetable.
According to the notice, the Centre will conduct written examinations for applicants whose applications were approved on the basis of the minimum educational qualifications, work experience and training specified in the advertisement published on 2083/04/21. The list of approved applicants has been published on the Centre’s website, www.aepc.gov.np.
The examination centre for all posts has been fixed at Janamaitri Multiple Campus, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu. The detailed written examination schedule by post is as follows:

Rules and Instructions for Examinees
The Centre has made the following conditions and rules mandatory for candidates appearing in the examination:

Candidates must use only a black-ink dot pen/pen on the answer sheet.

No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without an admit card. Candidates must therefore bring their admit card and arrive at the examination building at least one hour before the examination begins.

Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination hall.

Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the scheduled examination day, the examination will not be postponed unless the Centre issues prior notice.

For objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written using the English capital letters A, B, C or D will be accepted.

Candidates must bring an identity document with a photograph issued by the Government of Nepal, or their citizenship certificate, along with the admit card issued by the Centre.

Applicants must confirm their seat plan by scanning the QR code of the examination centre. Information related to the Sheet Plan will also be available one day before the examination on the website of Janamaitri Multiple Campus at www.janamaitri.edu.np.
