Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC) Written Exam Schedule and Exam Center

Government of Nepal, Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Alternative Energy Promotion Center, Madhya Baneshwor Notice of the schedule of Internal Competition and Open Competitive Written Examination conducted by the Public Service Commission

As per the advertisement published by the Center on 2077-12-6, the schedule of internal competition and open written competitive examination has been determined as follows; This information has been published for the information of all concerned.

Note:

1) Candidate should use only black ink dot pen in the answer sheet.
2) As no candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without the admission card, he / she will have to arrive at the examination building at least one hour before the conduct of the examination.
3) It is forbidden to carry bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices in the examination building.
4) Even if there is an unexpected leave on the day of conducting the examination, the scheduled examination program shall not be postponed without the prior notice of the Commission.
5) When writing the answer to the Multiple Choice MCQ question, only the answer written in capital letters A, B, C, D will be recognized.
6) In the examination, along with the admission card issued by the concerned body, an identity card with one's citizenship or photo issued by the Government of Nepal must be brought.
7) In the special case of transition issued by the Commission, the examination will be conducted in compliance with the criteria related to examination (operation and management), 2077 (Third Amendment).
8) All the examinees must go to the website of Alternative Energy Promotion Center about their health condition and fill the self-declaration form related to KOVID electronically.
9) As a special examination center will be arranged for COVID-19 infected candidates, such candidates will have to report their infection to the Alternative Energy Promotion Center in advance. 

Additional topics for examinees to consider in order to stay safe during the Covid-19 infection: 

1) Before entering the examination center, the candidate should wear a maxi and bring sanitizer and drinking water for his / her purpose.
2) Candidates should arrive at the examination center one hour before the scheduled time for the examination.
3) Candidates should enter the examination center, go out and use the toilet without crowds at a distance of 2 (two) meters to go to the designated place in order.
4) Candidates should not gather in groups, talk.
5) The instructions given by the manpower deployed in the examination shall be fully followed.
