TU BA, BFA, BBS, BEd and BSc Fourth Year Supplementary Examination Application Forms 2083

Tribhuvan University (TU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has announced the opening of supplementary examination application forms for students appearing in the Fourth Year Supplementary Examination 2082 under the four-year bachelor's degree programs conducted through the annual examination system.

The notice applies to BA, BFA, BBS, BEd and BSc programs under the Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Management, Faculty of Education, and Institute of Science and Technology.

According to the notice published on Kartik 10, 2083 BS (2083/07/10), students eligible for the supplementary examination under the decision of the Academic Council must complete their online examination application forms through their respective campuses between Kartik 10 and Mangsir 4, 2083 BS.

Eligibility Criteria and Conditions for Examination Applications

Students must meet the following conditions to participate in the supplementary examination:

1. The supplementary examination is intended only for regular candidates of the Fourth Year Bachelor's Examination 2082.

2. Candidates must have passed all first-year, second-year and third-year examinations, including theoretical and practical examinations, before the opening date of the supplementary examination application process.

3. Only candidates who failed or were absent in a maximum of two subjects in the Fourth Year Examination 2082 are eligible to participate in this supplementary examination.

4. Applicants must enter their Fourth Year Examination 2082 roll number when completing the application form.

5. For students who were absent or failed in practical examinations or internal assessments, the respective campuses must submit the marks obtained in the relevant subjects to the Office of the Controller of Examinations or the concerned Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations within the examination application period.

6. Examination centers will be announced later.

Supplementary Examination Fees

The examination fees prescribed by Tribhuvan University are as follows:

Distribution of Teaching Practice Fees

The teaching practice fee of NPR 350 must be allocated as follows:

• NPR 50: Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu.

• NPR 150: Office of the Dean, Faculty of Education.

• NPR 150: Account of the respective campus.

Examination Fee Submission Deadline and Procedures

1. Campuses and Colleges Within Kathmandu Valley

Campuses and colleges located within Kathmandu Valley must submit the bank voucher confirming payment of examination fees, along with the batch details list of examination application forms, to the Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, by Mangsir 7, 2083 BS (2083/08/07).

2. Campuses and Colleges Outside Kathmandu Valley

Campuses and colleges outside Kathmandu Valley must submit the bank voucher confirming payment of examination fees to the concerned Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations by Mangsir 7, 2083 BS (2083/08/07).

3. Verification and Submission of Batch Reports

Campuses must first have the examination application "Batch Report" verified along with the bank voucher at the Accounts Section of the Office of the Controller of Examinations or the concerned Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations.

Only after verification may the batch report be submitted to the respective examination form section.
