The competitive written examination will be conducted on the following dates, times, and examination buildings in compliance with the health safety standards prescribed by the Government of Nepal; This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. The subjects that the examinees must follow are mentioned below in Notes 1 and 2.

Note 1:

1) Even if there is an unexpected public holiday on the day of conducting the examination, the examination will not be postponed as per the schedule without the prior notice of the Commission.

2) Only black ink should be used in the exam.

3) It is forbidden to carry any electronic devices including bags, mobile phones, smartwatches in the examination building.

4) As no candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without the admission card, the candidate must arrive at the examination building at least one hour before the commencement of the examination.

5) In the examination, along with the admission card, an identity card with one's citizenship or a photo issued by the Government of Nepal must be brought.

6) The approved list of approved candidates has been published on the Commission's website www.ppsc.bagamati.gov.np.

7) As the ticket will be distributed from the office of the Commission, Hetauda, from Monday, 19th Magh, 2077 BS, you are requested to identify your roll number in the approved list.

Note 2:

Additional topics that the examinee must follow to be safe from Covid-19 infection:

Before entering the examination center, the candidate himself must make at least a Mask, Sanitizer, and mandatory provision of drinking water for himself.
Candidates should maintain a distance of two meters from each other without crowding when entering and leaving the examination center.
The instructions given by the manpower deployed in the examination should be followed completely.
Examiners will have to go to the designated place in a gradual manner without crowding when entering, exiting, or using the toilet.
Candidates should not gather in groups, talk.
