Important Instruction- Note 1:
1) Even if there is an unexpected public holiday on the day of conducting the examination, the examination will not be postponed as per the schedule without the prior notice of the Commission.
2) Only black ink should be used in the exam.
3) It is forbidden to carry any electronic devices including bags, mobile phones, smartwatches in the examination center.
4) Since no candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without the admission card, he / she will have to come to the examination building at least one hour before the conduct of the examination.
5) An identity card with one's citizenship or a photo issued by the Government of Nepal must be brought along with the admission card in the examination.
6) The approved list of approved candidates is published on the Commission's website ppsc.bagmati.gov.np.
7) As the ticket will be distributed from the office of the Commission, Hetauda, on Sunday the 19th of Poush, 2077 BS, you are requested to identify your roll number in the approved list.
Note 2: - To be safe from Covid-19 infection, the examinee must follow the following topics:
1) Before entering the examination center, the candidate himself/herself should have to wear a Mask, Sanitizer, and mandatory arrangement of drinking water for himself/herself.
2) Candidates should maintain a distance of two meters from each other without any delay while entering and leaving the examination center.
3) The manpower deployed in the examination shall fully comply with the instructions.
4) When the examinees enter the examination center when they go out when they have to use the toilet; You will have to go to the designated place gradually by maintaining social distance without crowding.
5) Candidates should not hold fairs or talk in groups.
6) When the examinee submits the answer sheet, the question paper must be returned together.
7) Since a special examination center will be arranged for the candidates infected with Covid-19; Infected candidates should inform the Commission that they are infected by contacting the contact number 9846948444/9846948888 in advance.
