Examination Program Details:
- Published Date: 2080/01/19
- Exam Center Determination Date: 2080/02/04
Exam Center Information:
- Examination program advertisement number 26/2079/80: Senior Assistant, Technician, Chemist (Level 5) examination will be held at Anamnagar, designated by the Public Service Commission. Please note that the examination center has been changed accordingly.
- Examination program advertisement number 18/2079/80: Information Technology Officer, Technician (Level 6) examination will also take place at Anamnagar as determined by the Public Service Commission. Any changes regarding the examination center will be notified accordingly.
- A special examination center will be arranged for candidates with COVID-19 infection. It is mandatory for affected candidates to inform Herbs Production and Processing Company Limited at least 3 hours before the examination.
Important Instructions for Candidates:
- Candidates must use a dot pen or pen with black ink for the answer book.
- Admit card is compulsory for entry into the examination hall. Candidates must bring the admit card and arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour prior to the commencement of the examination.
- Carrying bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
- In case of an unexpected holiday on the examination day, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
- Answering objective multiple-choice questions requires writing the answers in capital letters (A, B, C, D).

- Along with the admit card issued by the examination body, candidates must carry their citizenship or any government-issued identity card.
Compliance with Examination Norms:
- The examination will be conducted in accordance with the norms related to examination (operation and management), 2077 (Third Amendment), as issued by the Commission in special cases of transition.

- All examinees are required to fill the Covid Rambandhi Ratayam declaration form electronically on the website of Herbs Production and Processing Company Limited, providing information about their health status.
