Food Management and Trading Company Assistant Exam Center Notice

This notice informs all concerned that the written examination for the post of Assistant, Administration Service, General Administration Group, Level 4, of Food Management and Trading Company Limited (Advertisement No. 27/081-82, Open and Inclusive), to be conducted by the Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, will be held on the dates, times, and at the examination centers listed below for candidates whose applications have been approved.

Candidates requiring a scribe (assistant writer) must submit an application to this office with reasons and supporting documents in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, at least 10 (ten) days before the start date of the examination.

Note 1: Important Instructions for Candidates

1. If an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission; it will be conducted as scheduled.

2. Only black ink dot pen/pen must be used in the answer sheet.

3. For objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in capital letters A, B, C, or D will be accepted.

4. Carrying bags, mobile phones, smart watches, calculators (for the first paper), or other electronic devices inside the examination center is prohibited.

5. No candidate will be allowed to sit in the examination without the admit card. Candidates must compulsorily bring the admit card and reach the examination center at least 1 hour before the exam starts.

6. Candidates must bring their admit card along with their citizenship certificate or any photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.

7. Candidates must appear only at the examination center specified for them; they will not be allowed to sit at any other center.

8. Due to infectious diseases, candidates must make their own arrangements for masks, sanitizer, and drinking water.
