Kharidar Exam Centers – Second Phase Notice (Baglung Office), Written Exam Centers Assigned for Kharidar (Non-Technical) Post
Public Service Commission, Baglung Office, has published this notice regarding the second-phase written examination (Paper II and III) for candidates selected from the first-phase exam under Advertisement No. 13452–13457/081–82 (Open/Inclusive), conducted through the joint and integrated examination system.
The competitive written examination for the post of Kharidar or equivalent (Non-Technical), Second Class (Non-Gazetted) will be held as per the pre-scheduled date, time, and venue listed below.
Candidates requiring a scribe must submit a written application along with valid proof and justification at least 10 days before the exam date, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.

The exam will not be postponed due to unexpected holidays without prior notice from the Commission.

Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the exam without an admit card. They must also bring an original citizenship certificate or any government-issued photo ID.

Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam begins.

Mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam center.

Only black ink pens (dot or fountain) must be used. Pencils are not allowed in the answer sheets.

All instructions given by exam personnel must be strictly followed.

Candidates must appear only at their assigned exam center.

Candidates can leave the exam hall only after submitting their answer sheets.
