Public Service Commission Butwal Kharidar Pre-Qualification Examination Centers

The Public Service Commission (PSC), Butwal Office, Rupandehi, has published a notice regarding the re-establishment of examination centers for the open competitive written pre-qualification examination of the Assistant Level Second Class (Non-Technical) Kharidar or equivalent positions under organized institutions.

According to the PSC Central Office’s advertisement no. 16651/082–83, the previously postponed written examination scheduled for 2082/06/04, which was postponed through notice no. 344/082–83 dated 2082/05/25, has now been rescheduled as per notice no. 353/082–83 dated 2082/06/07. The examination will now be conducted at the Butwal Examination Center.

Candidates whose online applications have been accepted are informed that the pre-qualification examination will be conducted on the following date, time, and venue.

Applicants who require an assistant writer must submit an application to the commission office with the reason and evidence attached, as per Rule 68 (1) of the PSC Rules, 2079, at least 10 days before the examination date.

Important Notes

Candidates must use a black ink dot pen for marking the answer sheet.
The answer sheet will be based on the OMR system.
Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the examination begins.
Candidates without an admit card will not be allowed to sit for the examination. They must also bring an original photo ID (citizenship or any valid government-issued ID).
Carrying bags, mobile phones, calculators, or other electronic devices inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
Candidates will only be allowed to appear at their designated exam center.
Even if an unexpected public holiday occurs on the exam day, the examination will continue as scheduled without prior notice from the Commission.
