PSC Butwal Publishes Exam Center and Schedule for Technical Kharidar or Equivalent Posts
The Public Service Commission, Butwal Office (Examination Section), Rupandehi, has published the examination center and schedule for the first-stage written examination of Gazetted Non-First Class Second Grade (Technical), Kharidar or equivalent posts. The Commission issued Notice No. 142/082-83 on 2083/03/22, specifying the date, time, and venue for the written examination for all candidates whose online applications were approved with Butwal as their examination center.
Information Related to Assistant Writers
Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the examination begins, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. The application must include the reason for requesting an assistant writer and supporting documents.
Written Examination Schedule and Examination Center Details
Note: The examination center for all posts listed below has been fixed at the examination hall of the Public Service Commission, Butwal Office. All candidates whose applications were approved with Butwal as their center will participate in the examination. For all posts, the first paper examination will be held at 1:00 PM for 45 minutes, and the second paper examination will be held at 2:15 PM for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Rules to Be Followed by Examinees
Candidates must use only a dot pen or pen with black ink in the answer sheet.
Candidates must reach the designated examination center at least 1 (one) hour before the examination begins.
No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without an admit card. Candidates must also bring their admit card along with their citizenship certificate or any original photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.
While answering objective multiple-choice questions, candidates must write the answers in English capital letters (A, B, C, D).
Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are prohibited at the examination center.
No candidate will be allowed to appear at any examination center other than the assigned examination center.
Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the day of the examination, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
