PSC Dipayal Publishes Exam Center and Schedule for Technical Kharidar or Equivalent Posts
The Public Service Commission, Dipayal Office (Examination Section), Rajpur, Doti, has published a notice fixing the examination building (center) for the written examination of Non-Gazetted Second Class (Technical), Kharidar or equivalent posts. The Commission issued Notice No. 107/082-83 on 2083/03/22, specifying the date, time, and venue for the competitive written examination of candidates whose online application forms were approved.
Information Related to Assistant Writers
Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the examination start date, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. The application must include the reason for requesting an assistant writer and supporting documents.
Written Examination Schedule and Examination Building Details
Note: For the posts listed below, the first paper examination will be held at 1:00 PM for 45 minutes, and the second paper examination will be held at 2:15 PM for 2 hours and 15 minutes. All candidates whose applications were approved with Dipayal as their examination center will participate in both posts. The examination center has been fixed at the Public Service Commission, Dipayal Office, Rajpur, Doti.

Important Rules to Be Followed by Examinees
Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the scheduled examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
Examinees must bring their admit card and arrive at the examination building 1 hour before the examination begins. Admit cards will not be distributed from the examination building. Examinees who need a duplicate copy of the admit card must obtain it from the Public Service Commission, Dipayal Office, Rajpur, Doti, one day before the examination date.
Bags, mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic items are prohibited inside the examination building. Calculators may not be used for objective multiple-choice questions.
Only black ink must be used in the examination.
While answering objective multiple-choice questions, candidates must write the answers in English capital letters (A, B, C, D).
While coming to sit for the examination, examinees must bring the admit card issued by the Commission along with their Nepali citizenship certificate or one original photo identity document issued by a government office.
The published notice bears the signatures of Computer Operator Ganesh Bahadur Kathayat, Section Officer Abid Ansari, and Under Secretary Rudra Prasad Neupane.
