PSC Hetauda Assistant Level Examination Center Notice

Lok Sewa Aayog, Central Office, Kathmandu, has published a notice regarding the re-establishment of examination centers for the Assistant Level Second Class, Kharidar or Fourth Level or Equivalent (Non-Technical) pre-qualification written examination under Advertisement No. 16651/082–83.

The examination scheduled for 2082/06/04 was postponed as per Notice No. 344/082–83 (dated 2082/05/25). Based on Notice No. 353/082–83 (dated 2082/06/07), the examination has been rescheduled.

Accordingly, the pre-qualification examination for candidates whose online applications were approved will be conducted at the Hetauda Examination Center on the following date, time, and venues.

Candidates requiring an assistant writer must apply with valid reasons and supporting documents at least 10 (ten) days before the examination date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.

Candidates must strictly follow the instructions mentioned under Important Notes below.

Important Notes

1. The examination will not be postponed even if an unexpected public holiday occurs.

2. Candidates without an admit card will not be allowed to appear in the exam. Candidates must also bring their citizenship certificate or a government-issued photo ID.

3. Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the examination begins.

4. Mobile phones, calculators, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination building.

5. Only black ink pens may be used; pencils are not allowed.

6. The examination will be conducted using an OMR answer sheet system.

7. Candidates must appear only at their assigned examination center.
