PSC Kathmandu Second Phase Written Exam Schedule for Kharidar Post
This notice has been published for all concerned by the Public Service Commission (PSC), Kathmandu Office, regarding the second phase written examination under Advertisement No. 11914–11920/081–82 (Open and Inclusive) for Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent positions. The examination will be conducted at the Kathmandu examination center for candidates who passed the first phase.
Candidates requiring a support writer must submit an application with necessary documents and justifications in accordance with Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. The application must be submitted at least ten (10) days before the examination date. Compulsory instructions for candidates are mentioned below under Note 1.

Note 1: Mandatory Instructions for Candidates

The exam will not be postponed due to unexpected holidays without prior notice from the Commission.

Candidates must use only a black ink dot pen/ball pen on the answer sheets.

Carrying bags, mobile phones, smart watches, or any electronic devices inside the exam hall is strictly prohibited.

No candidate will be allowed to attend the exam without the admit card. Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the scheduled time.

Along with the admit card, candidates must carry a valid ID card issued by the Government of Nepal (e.g., citizenship or any official photo ID).

Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any exam center other than the one assigned.

Due to infectious diseases, candidates must arrange their own masks, sanitizer, and drinking water.
