Lok Sewa Khotang Sets Exam Center for Nayab Subba Second-Stage Written Exam
Diktel, Khotang — The Khotang Office of the Public Service Commission has designated the examination building for the second-stage written examination of the Nayab Subba or equivalent non-technical post. The office published detailed information regarding the examination schedule and center through Notice No. 45/082-83 on 2083/02/28.
The examination will be conducted under Advertisement Nos. 10001-10006/082-83 (open and inclusive) of the Public Service Commission, Dhankuta Office, for the posts of Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or equivalent, under the Judicial, Government Attorney, General Administration, and Accounts groups of the Judicial and Administration services. The second-stage written examination, comprising the second and third papers, of all candidates who passed the first-stage written examination conducted at the Khotang examination center on 2083/01/20 will be held as per the commission’s pre-determined schedule.

Instructions for Examinees
Examinees must bring their admit card along with the original Nepali citizenship certificate or any one original photo identity card issued by a government office and must be present at the examination building one hour before the examination.
No candidate will be allowed to appear from an examination center other than the designated center.
Mobile phones, smart watches, other electronic devices, and bags are prohibited inside the examination building.
Only pens or dot pens with black ink must be used in the examination.
Examinees may leave only after submitting the answer booklet.
The examination scheduled as per the commission’s pre-determined program will not be postponed without prior notice from the commission.
Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the date of commencement of the examination, along with the reason and evidence for requesting an assistant writer, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
