PSC Fixes Nayab Subba Written Exam Centers for Ilam and Khotang
The Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog) has published separate notices fixing the examination centers for the first-phase written examination of the post of Non-Gazetted Category (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or equivalent under Advertisement No. 10001–10006/082-83 of the Dhankuta Office, conducted under the joint and integrated examination system.
The notices set the examination centers for Ilam and Khotang for candidates whose online applications have been approved for the first-phase written examination.
Ilam Exam Center Notice
According to Notice No. 33/082-83 dated 2083/01/06, the first-phase written examination for candidates approved through online application with Ilam as the examination center will be conducted as follows.

Examination Instructions
The rules candidates must follow during the examination are as follows:
a) Candidates must bring their admit card along with either their Nepali citizenship certificate or any one original photo identity document issued by a government office and must be present at the examination center 1 hour before the exam begins.
b) Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any examination center other than the one assigned.
c) Mobile phones, other electronic devices, and bags are prohibited inside the examination building.
d) Only a pen or dot pen with black ink may be used in the examination.
e) Calculators may not be used in objective multiple-choice questions.
f) Candidates may leave only after submitting their answer sheet.
g) The examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the commission, even if the scheduled date is affected by any circumstance.
h) Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination date, along with the reason for requesting an assistant writer and supporting documents, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079.
