Re-Established Exam Centers – Preliminary Examination for Non-Technical Assistant Level (Kharidar or Equivalent)

Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office has issued a notice regarding the re-establishment of examination centers for the Preliminary Examination of Advertisement No. 16651/082-83, related to non-technical assistant level, Kharidar or equivalent posts (Fourth Level or Equivalent) under organized institutions.

The examination originally scheduled for 2082/06/04 (as per Advertisement No. 16659/082-83) was postponed by the Public Service Commission’s notice dated 2082/05/25 (Notice No. 344/082-83). Following the Commission’s notice dated 2082/06/07 (Notice No. 353/082-83), the examination has been rescheduled. Accordingly, for candidates who selected Surkhet as the examination center and whose applications were accepted, the Open Competitive Preliminary Examination will be conducted as follows:

Important Instructions for Candidates

Examinations will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
Candidates must bring their admit card and arrive at least one hour before the exam begins.
Candidates who need a copy of the admit card must collect it one day before the examination from the Surkhet Office.
Candidates must bring their original citizenship certificate or photo ID card issued by the Government of Nepal; otherwise, entry will not be permitted.
Candidates must follow all instructions given by examination personnel.
Bags, mobile phones, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
Only black ink pen or dot pen is allowed. The use of sign pens or markers is not permitted.
The exam will use OMR (Optical Mark Reader) answer sheets for multiple-choice questions.
Candidates will only be allowed to take the exam at their designated exam center; no changes are permitted.
Candidates requiring a writing assistant must submit an application with justification and supporting documents at least 10 days before the exam. Such candidates’ exams will be conducted at the PSC Surkhet Office.
