PSC Surkhet Office Notice on Nayab Subba Written Examination Centers

The Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office (Examination Branch), Birendranagar, Surkhet, has published a notice regarding the designation of examination buildings for the first-phase written examination of the Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba (Na. Su.) or equivalent post.

According to Notice No. 89/082–83 dated 2083/01/05, the first-phase competitive written examination for candidates whose application forms have been approved under Advertisement No. 14751–14755/082–83 (Open/Inclusive) of the Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office, for the Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or equivalent post, and who selected Surkhet and Humla as examination centers, will be conducted as per the Commission’s previously scheduled examination program.

Candidates who require a writing assistant must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination date, along with supporting documents stating the reason for requiring a writing assistant, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Special Notes

Candidates who have changed their examination center to Surkhet will have their examination center designated as the Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office (Exam Building), Exam Center “B”.

Candidates who have changed their examination center to the Humla sub-center will have their examination center designated as Shree Mansarovar Multiple Campus, Simkot, Humla.

For candidates requiring a writing assistant, the examination center will be Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office (Exam Building), Exam Center “B” for those whose center is Surkhet, and Shree Mansarovar Multiple Campus, Simkot, Humla for those whose sub-center is Humla.

Instructions for Candidates

1. Candidates must bring their admit card and arrive at the examination building at least 1 hour before the examination begins.

2. Candidates who need a duplicate copy of the admit card must collect it from this office no later than one day before the examination date.

3. Candidates must be present with the original Nepali citizenship certificate or any photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.

4. Carrying bags, mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices into the examination hall is prohibited.

5. Only a pen or dot pen with black ink may be used in the examination.

6. The examination format will be multiple-choice with an OMR answer sheet.

7. The examination will not be postponed from the scheduled program without prior notice from the Commission.
