Lok Sewa Butwal Sets Exam Center for Nayab Subba Second-Stage Examination
Butwal — The Butwal Office, Rupandehi, of the Public Service Commission has designated examination centers for the second-stage written examination of the Nayab Subba or equivalent non-technical post. The office published detailed information regarding the examination schedule and centers through Notice No. 133/082-83 on 29 Jestha 2083.
The examination will be conducted under Advertisement Nos. 13801-13805/082-83 (open and inclusive), Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), under the joint and integrated examination system. The competitive written examination of the second stage, comprising the second and third papers, of candidates who passed the first-stage examination of General Knowledge and General Mental Ability conducted at the Butwal examination center on 2083/01/20 will be held on the specified date, time, and place.
Candidates who are visually impaired or physically unable to write by themselves and require an assistant writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination start date, along with documents stating the reason and evidence for requiring an assistant writer, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Rules to Be Followed by Examinees
Candidates must use only a dot pen or pen with black ink in the answer booklet.
Candidates must reach the designated examination center at least one hour before the examination begins.
No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without an admit card. Candidates must also bring their citizenship certificate or any original photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal along with the admit card.
Bags, mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are prohibited at the examination center.
No candidate will be allowed to appear from any examination center other than the designated center.
The examination scheduled as per the determined program will not be postponed without prior notice from the commission, even if an unexpected holiday falls on the examination day.
