Ban Rakshak Physical Fitness Test Exam Schedule (Routine) and Exam Center - Lumbini Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog: Province Public Service Commission Lumbini Province: Instructions and Examination Schedule regarding Physical Test and Fitness Examination of Candidates Applying for the post of Nepal Forest Service, General Forestry Group, Non-Level, Forest Guard under Province Civil Service.

As per information no. 01 / 2078-079 of this commission, advertisement no. In order; For physical examination and fitness examination, the following instructions and examination schedule with date, time, and place are prescribed.

The candidate should be present 30 minutes before the scheduled time along with the date as per the order of his roll number and the documents mentioned below at the specified place. Candidates who fail to appear with the required documents on the specified date and time will not be allowed to participate in the examination program.

Documents required:

The candidate himself/herself should undergo an eye test and color vision test from a doctor approved by the Nepal Medical Council.
Certificate of Nepali citizenship,
Admission card approved by the candidate from Online Application,
1 passport-size photo was taken recently.
Candidates will be provided a physical examination and fitness test admission card from the examination center only after the mentioned documents are submitted.

Instruction:

It will be the duty of all supervisors, experts, staff, and candidates to follow the directives issued by the Commission.
Candidates who meet the criteria specified in the Physical Examination (Height, Chest, Weight, Eye Examination, Color Vision Test) as mentioned in the syllabus for the post of Forest Ranger can only apply for the first 200 minutes of the fitness test. Will be able to participate in the race.
Only candidates who have completed the 200m race of the first phase within the stipulated time will be able to participate in the 3000m race of the second phase.
Only candidates who have completed the 3000m race of the second phase within the stipulated time will be able to take part in the tree climbing examination to be held the next day.
Only candidates who pass the tree climbing test will be able to take part in the swimming test.
Candidates who have been selected in each of the stages prescribed in all types of physical fitness examinations will be included in the written examination of the second stage only.
Candidates should be held accountable if they have an accident or any kind of mishap during the fitness test.
At the examination center where the experimental examination will be conducted, the candidate himself / herself should undergo eye test and color vision test by a doctor approved by the Nepal Medical Council. , Passport size photo must be submitted. Only after the submission of the said document, the candidate will be given a physical examination and fitness test admission card from the examination center.
Candidates who have been selected in the previous stage of physical fitness examination will have to take the physical examination and fitness test admission card in the next stage examination. The said admission letter will not be included in the examination.
The examination program will continue even if there is a public holiday on the day fixed for the examination program.
Candidates will have to sign attendance at the beginning of each stage of the examination. Candidate's presence is mandatory.
The concerned candidate should be present in person on the date, time and place fixed for the physical fitness test. The Commission will not be compelled to re-sit the candidates who do not appear on the specified date and time.
Since the race will be evaluated on the basis of time covered, only the candidate who crosses the distance within the stipulated time will be considered as successful candidate. The successful candidate will have to verify the grade / result obtained by him / her in the fitness test admission card by getting the signature of the concerned staff. The commission will not be held accountable without immediate verification. The admission card will not be returned to the unsuccessful candidate. Candidates who have succeeded in all the stages of the examination will have to submit the physical examination and fitness test admission letter to the staff posted at the examination venue.
If any dispute arises during the examination, the decision of the official staff assigned by the Commission shall be the final decision.
Candidates appearing for the tree climbing examination will be selected from the rounds by numbering the trees / poles available at the place of examination. When choosing from the round system, you will have to climb the tree of the same number based on the number you got and cross the specified height.
If you are not able to climb on the first attempt due to the structure of the tree you have chosen from the round, you will be given a chance for the last time to climb the tree of your choice from the trees available at the same examination venue, but you will not be given a second chance more than once.
Due to the availability of trees, number of candidates, etc., there may be one or more places to climb the tree.
Only successful candidates to climb the tree will be included in the swimming test. Candidates will have to bring their own swimming costumes and materials for swimming.
In the swimming pool, the candidates have to stand in a line in the water and cross the specified distance as per the instructions of the Central Chairperson. Opportunity tests will not be taken again under any pretext.
No guardian or person other than the candidate will be allowed to enter the place where the physical fitness test will be held.
Bags, mobiles and other items can be lost due to lack of safe space at the place of physical fitness test
Please do not bring valuables. The commission and staff will not be held responsible if someone's belongings are lost.
Photographing and video recording of any stage of the physical fitness test is strictly prohibited. If any candidate is found to have done so, the goods will be confiscated and his / her examination will be canceled and action will be taken as per the prevailing law.
The list of candidates who have passed all the stages of physical fitness examination and the schedule of written examination will be published through the website of the Commission.
