Madhesh Province PPSC Fixes Exam Centers for Naib Subba Written Exam

Madhesh Province Public Service Commission (PPSC Madhesh) has fixed the examination buildings (exam centers) for the written examination of Naib Subba or equivalent (Non-Technical/Technical) posts. The exam centers have been designated for candidates of various services, groups, and sub-groups advertised under the Commission’s annual schedule.

According to the notice, the written examinations for different Level 5 posts will begin from February 15, 2026 (Falgun 3, 2082 BS) and continue until February 28, 2026 (Falgun 16, 2082 BS). The examinations will be conducted at multiple schools and colleges in Janakpurdham, including Yagyawalkya Sanskrit Secondary School, Sakal Bhawan Kanya Secondary School, Janaki Secondary School, Siddhartha International College, and others.

Candidates must bring their admit card and either their Nepali citizenship certificate or a government-issued photo identity document. Candidates must reach the examination building at least 1 hour before the exam starts. Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to the Commission 10 days in advance.

Examination Instructions

  1. Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

  2. Candidates must use only a black-ink dot pen/pen in the answer booklet.

  3. No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without an admit card. Candidates must carry the admit card and arrive at the examination building at least 1 hour before the exam begins.

  4. While coming to the exam center, candidates must bring their admit card as well as their Nepali citizenship certificate or national identity card, or any other government-issued certificate bearing their photograph.

  5. Bags, mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.

  6. Due to communicable diseases, candidates must arrange their own mask, sanitizer, and drinking water for personal use.
