Master Second Year Examination (Partial) Form Fill Up Notice:

Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office, Balkhu Notice to fill the examination application form of the candidates appearing for the partial examination of the second year of Master level

 According to the annual examination system by Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu, the partial candidates of the Faculty of Humanities, Education, and Management who will appear in the second year annual examination of the postgraduate level in 2077 BS will be admitted to their respective campuses and the partial candidates from the private side. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to submit the examination application form within one week after the expiry of the regular fee and double fee till last week.

1) Regarding the examination form:

A) The examination application form should be filled by the student himself and submitted to the concerned office by himself after completing all the procedures. Otherwise, the TU Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be held accountable.

B) Candidates must mention the TU registration number in the examination application form.

C) 2 passport size photographs taken recently (in plain clothes) will be required to fill the examination application form.

D) If a copy of the admission card has to be taken by the time of conducting the examination, the photo as used in the examination application form should be submitted.

E) Before the campus submits the examination application form of the examinee to the campus, the head of the campus must sign every examination application form and photo-filled by the student.

F) In order to verify the gross marks given last year for the partial candidates from the private side, the examination application form should be submitted along with it.

G) Partial candidates from the private side took the exam given last year. No. Compulsory writing should be done at the top of the examination application form.

H) Private candidates can submit the examination application form by contacting their respective TU Examination Control Office and the following Regional Examination Control Office.

• Regional Examination Control Office: Post Graduate Campus Building, Biratnagar.
• Regional Examination Control Office: Prithvinarayan b. Campus Building, Pokhara.
• Regional Examination Control Office: Bhrikutinagar, Nepalgunj.
• Regional Examination Control Office: Attaria, Kailali.

I) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must make a bank voucher for the payment of the examination fee within 2 days after the expiry of the first term. The examination application form must be submitted to the TU Office of the Controller of Examinations in Balkhu within 2 days of the bank making the voucher.

J) Campuses outside the Kathmandu Valley must also submit a bank voucher within 2 days of submitting the examination fee and within 4 days the examination application form along with the voucher must be submitted to the concerned TU Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations and the Central Region Campus to Balkhu of the Controller of Examination.

K) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must submit the bank voucher of the examination fee within 2 days and campuses outside the Kathmandu Valley must submit the examination application form to the concerned Examination Control Office within 4 days after the expiry of double fee.
