TU IOM MBBS/BDS/BAMS Re-Exam Form Notice for Barrier System Students
Tribhuvan University, Institute of Medicine (TU IOM), Office of the Dean, Examination Control Division, Maharajgunj, issues this urgent notice regarding the re-examination and submission of forms for students under the Barrier System.
According to the decision of the TU Academic Council dated 2082/02/13, permission has been granted to conduct a one-time re-exam for students of MBBS, BDS, and BAMS programs run under the constituent and affiliated campuses/colleges of this institute.
Eligibility for the Re-Exam
This special one-time re-exam applies only to:

Students barred under the Barrier System
-
Students not included in the special exam held in 2076
-
Students enrolled in the first year but have not yet completed 10 years
Programs Included in This Provision

MBBS First Phase (1st and 2nd Year)
-
BDS (1st and 2nd Year)
-
BAMS (1st Phase)
Students who were Barrier Out or had their exams postponed for any reason are also eligible to participate in this one-time re-exam.
Exam Form Submission Timeline

Start Date: 2082/08/05

Deadline: 2082/08/15
Students must contact the campus/college where they were enrolled to fill out the re-exam form within this timeframe.
Exam Fee

The exam fee will be as determined by the Institute of Medicine.
Mandatory Details for Form Submission
Each student must mention the following clearly in the exam form:

Academic Year of Admission

Exam Roll Number from the previous exam they appeared in
Submission of Collected Forms by Campuses/Colleges

All campuses/colleges must submit the collected exam forms to the Examination Control Division no later than 2082/08/21.

No action will be taken on forms received after this deadline.
Additional Information

The exam schedule will be published within 15 days from the final date of form collection.

The exam center for both theoretical and practical exams will be fixed in Kathmandu.
