National Judicial Academy Examination Program for Open and Inclusive Competitive Written Examination

National Judicial Academy (Rastriya Nyayik Pratishthan) would like to inform all concerned individuals about the publication of the examination program for the open and inclusive competitive written examination, as per the pre-published advertisement by the National Judicial Academy. Please take note of the following details:

Written Examination Program:

The program for the competitive written examination has been determined in accordance with the pre-published advertisement. This notice serves to provide information to all candidates.

Special Arrangements for Candidates with COVID-19:

Candidates who have tested positive for COVID-19 should inform the National Judicial Institute at least three hours before the examination. A special examination center will be arranged for these candidates to ensure their safety.

Guidelines for Candidates:

  1. Use of Writing Instruments: Candidates must use only dot pens or pens with black ink while filling out the answer sheets.

  2. Admit Card and Timely Arrival: Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without their admit cards. It is mandatory to bring the admit card and arrive at the examination hall at least one hour before the scheduled start time.

  3. Prohibited Items: Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.

  4. Examination Program Changes: In the event of an unexpected holiday on the examination day, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed unless prior notice is provided by the Commission.

  5. Answering Multiple Choice Questions: For objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in capital letters A, B, C, or D will be recognized.

  6. Required Documents: Along with the admit card issued by the relevant body, candidates must bring their citizenship or government-issued identity cards.

  7. Compliance with Examination Norms: The examination will be conducted in accordance with the norms related to Examination (Operation and Management), 2077 (Third Amendment), as issued by the Commission for special cases of transition.

  8. Self-Declaration Form: All examinees must fill out the self-declaration form regarding their health status on the website of the National Judicial Academy through electronic means.

  9. Special Arrangement for COVID-19 Infected Candidates: Candidates infected with COVID-19 will have a designated special examination center. It is mandatory for these candidates to inform in advance about their infection status.

COVID-19 Safety Measures:

Candidates should follow these additional guidelines to ensure their safety during the COVID-19 pandemic:

  1. Personal Protective Equipment: Before entering the examination center, candidates must wear a mask and carry hand sanitizer and drinking water for personal use.

  2. Arrival Time: Candidates should arrive at the examination center one hour before the scheduled examination time.

Additional Safety Precautions:

  1. Maintaining Social Distance: Candidates must maintain a distance of two meters when entering and leaving the examination center, as well as when using the toilet facilities. Designated areas should be followed to prevent overcrowding.

  2. Avoiding Gatherings: Candidates should refrain from gathering and engaging in group discussions.

  3. Compliance with Instructions: All examination personnel must fully adhere to the given instructions for the smooth conduct of the examination.
