Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Candidates must arrive at the examination center at least one hour before the examination begins.

Bags, mobile phones, calculators, smart watches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.

The answer sheet for the first phase examination will be in the OMR system.

Only a black ink dot pen must be used in the examination.

Candidates must compulsorily carry their admit card to the examination building.

Candidates must also bring their Nepali citizenship certificate or any one original photo identity document issued by a government office.

Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any examination center other than the one assigned.

Candidates who require a scribe must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination date, with reasons and supporting documents, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
