PSC Publishes Nayab Subba First Phase Exam Schedule

The Public Service Commission (PSC), Examination Conduct Section, has fixed the first-phase competitive written examination schedule for Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or equivalent posts.
As per the PSC annual calendar, the examination timetable for these civil service posts has been published in line with Notice No. 903/082-83 dated 2026-01-13 [2082-09-30].
First-phase exam details
As per the notice, the first-phase exam for Nayab Subba will be conducted for the subject “General Knowledge and General Mental Ability Test (General Knowledge & General Mental Ability Test)”.
Exam date and time: 2026-04-04, 11:00 AM [2082-12-21]
Duration: 45 minutes
Exam center: As designated by the PSC office conducting the examination
This examination will be conducted for the following PSC offices and advertisement numbers:

Instructions for candidates

Candidates must use only a black-ink dot pen/pen in the answer book.

No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without an admit card. Candidates must bring the admit card and arrive at the examination building at least 1 hour before the exam starts.

Mobile phones and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.

Even if an unforeseen public holiday occurs on the exam day, the scheduled exam will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Along with the admit card, candidates must bring their citizenship certificate or any photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal.
