NEB Class 12 Grade Increment (Supplementary) Examination Schedule (Routine)

Government of Nepal, National Examination Board (NEB), Examination Control Office (Class 11 and 12), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Schedule of Grade 12 Grade Increment (Supplementary) Examination

Conducted by National Examination Board, Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. This information has been published for the information of all concerned as the grade promotion examination of the candidates who will be eligible to appear in the grade 12 (supplementary) examination of class 12 of 2078 BS will be conducted according to the following schedule.

Exam time: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Date: 2078 Magh 2 Sunday

• Compulsory English (004)
• All the subjects of the examinees who take the exam in only one subject
• For the candidates appearing for the examination in two subjects, one of the subjects to be examined is the subject with short code number

Date: 2078 Magh 3 Monday

• For candidates appearing for exams in two subjects, one of the subjects to be examined is the subject with the largest code number

Note:

• The grade increment (supplementary) examination will be conducted for two days only. Candidates appearing for the grade promotion examination of only one subject will have to participate in the grade promotion examination on the first day of conducting the examination in whatever subject.
• The examination of the candidates appearing in the grade promotion examination in the compulsory English (2004) subject will be conducted only on the first day.
• Candidates appearing for the examination in two subjects will be required to appear for the examination on the first day in case of small code number and in case of examination in case of large code number
• Must participate in day exams.
• No further arrangements will be made for the candidates who are absent from the examination as per the prescribed examination schedule.
• Even in case of any emergency leave, the examination will not be postponed without the prior notice of the Examination Control Office.
• Materials such as graph paper, chart, log table, gossip voucher etc. required for the examination should be brought by the examinee himself.
• Candidates appearing for the Biology subject will have to use separate answer sheets for the Botany and Zoology subjects.
• Mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices and other electronic devices are prohibited in the examination.
• Examination center determination notice will be published later.
• Exams will have to be given only from the designated examination center. Center cannot be changed.
