Notice: Examination Center Fixed for First Phase Written Exam – Branch Officer (Gazetted 3rd Class, Non-Technical)
This notice is published to inform all concerned candidates that the first phase competitive written examination for Branch Officer or equivalent positions (Gazetted 3rd Class, Non-Technical), under the joint and integrated examination system, will be conducted at Butwal Examination Center.
The exam applies to all applicants who submitted their online forms under Advertisement No. 16701-16707/081-82 (Open and Inclusive) and selected the Nepal Foreign Service. The examination will take place as per the pre-determined date, time, and venue mentioned below.
Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit a request to this office with appropriate documents explaining the reason for the request. Applications must follow Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079, and should be submitted at least 10 days before the exam date.

Important Notes for Candidates

Only black ink dot pens/pens must be used in the answer sheet.

Candidates must arrive at the assigned exam hall at least one hour before the exam begins.

No candidate will be allowed to take the exam without an admit card. Each candidate must bring the admit card along with an original citizenship certificate or government-issued photo ID.

Carrying bags, mobile phones, calculators, or any other electronic devices into the exam hall is strictly prohibited.

Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam at any other center except the one assigned to them.

Even if the examination day falls on an unexpected public holiday, the examination will proceed as scheduled without any further notice from the Commission.
