PSC Foreign Affairs Officer, Gazetted 3rd Class (Non-Technical), Exam Center Notice
The Public Service Commission (PSC), Central Office, has issued this notice regarding the first phase written examination center for the post of Foreign Service, Gazetted 3rd Class (Non-Technical), Section Officer or equivalent, based on Advertisement No. 16701–16707/081–82 (Open/Inclusive), under the Joint and Integrated Examination System.
According to the schedule published on 2082/01/11, the first phase written examination for candidates with approved online applications will be held at the Mahendranagar examination center. The following are the exam details:

Important Instructions for Candidates

Use only black ink dot pen or pen on the answer sheet.

No candidate will be allowed to sit for the exam without the admit card.

Along with the admit card, each candidate must bring an original photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal (e.g., Citizenship Certificate).

Arrive at the assigned examination center at least one hour before the exam begins.

Mobile phones, smartwatches, and all types of electronic devices are prohibited in the exam hall.

Calculators are not allowed for objective multiple-choice questions.

The question paper must be returned along with the answer sheet.

If the exam day coincides with an unexpected public holiday, the exam will not be postponed without a formal notice from the Commission.
