
PSC Kathmandu Lekhapal Second Phase Written Exam Center Notice
Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog), Kathmandu Office, has published the exam center notice for the second phase of the written examination for the post of Lekhapal under Advertisement No. 11901/081-82 (Open Competition), Administration Service, Accounts Group, Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical).
The second phase written exam will be conducted at the Kathmandu exam center for candidates who passed the first phase exam. The exams will be held on the following dates, times, and centers.
Candidates requiring a scribe must submit an application with valid reasons and supporting documents at this office at least ten (10) days before the exam start date, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Note 1: Important Candidate Instructions

The examination will not be postponed even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the scheduled date, unless notified otherwise by the Commission.

Candidates must use only dot pen/pen with black ink in the answer sheet.

Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

Candidates must carry their admit card and arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour before the examination begins.

Along with the admit card, candidates must bring a government-issued photo identity card such as citizenship or other official ID.

No candidates will be allowed to sit for the exam in any center other than the one assigned.

Only candidates who passed the first phase exam from Kathmandu exam center are eligible for this exam.

Candidates must arrange their own face masks, sanitizer, and drinking water if needed due to communicable disease concerns.
