Public Service Commission Kathmandu Sets Written Examination Centres for Various Technical Posts
The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, has designated the written examination venues for candidates whose applications have been approved for various Non-Gazetted Second Class (Technical) posts, with Kathmandu as their examination centre.
According to the notice published on 1 Shrawan 2083, the examination schedules and centres for the specified technical posts have been determined as follows.
Examination Times
The written examination for all posts will be conducted in two stages:

Paper I—Objective: 1:00 PM
Duration: 45 minutes -
Paper II—Subjective: 2:15 PM
Duration: 2 hours and 15 minutes

Special Rules and Instructions for Candidates

The examinations scheduled under the published programme will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Candidates must use black ink only. The use of pencils is not permitted.
-
When answering objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written as A, B, C, or D in English capital letters will be accepted.
-
Candidates will not be allowed to sit for the examination at any centre other than their designated examination centre.
-
Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.
-
Calculators may not be used in these examinations.

Candidates must bring their admission card and either their citizenship certificate or another photo identification document issued by the Government of Nepal.
Provision for a Scribe
Candidates requiring a scribe must apply to the Kathmandu Office at least 10 days before the examination begins, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
The application must include the reason for requesting a scribe and supporting documents establishing the need.
