As per Advertisement No. 13807–193812/081–82 (Open and Inclusive), for Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), under the joint and integrated examination system, the first phase competitive written examination for the post of Kharidar or equivalent will be conducted at the Butwal exam center. Candidates who submitted their online applications are informed that the exam will be conducted as per the pre-determined schedule, date, and venue listed below.

Candidates requiring a scribe must apply to this office no later than 10 (ten) days before the examination date by submitting the required documents and reasons as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. Rules that candidates must follow are mentioned under "Notice."

Notice for Candidates

Only black ink dot pens or pens must be used in the answer sheet.
Candidates must reach the exam building at least 1 (one) hour before the exam begins.
No candidate will be allowed to attend the exam without an admit card. It must be brought along with an original photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal (e.g., citizenship certificate).
Bags, mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are not allowed in the exam hall.
If an unexpected public holiday falls on the exam day, the exam will still be conducted as scheduled without prior notice.
No candidate will be allowed to appear at any center other than the one assigned.
