PSC Khotang Publishes Phase I Exam Center for Section Officer

The Public Service Commission (PSC), Khotang Office has determined the examination center for the Phase I written examination for the post of Section Officer (Sakha Adhikrit) or equivalent under Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical). This notice has been issued for candidates whose online applications have been approved under Advertisement No. 16701–16707/082–83 (Open and Inclusive), with Khotang designated as the examination center.
According to the notice published by the Commission, the examination schedule and venue under the Combined and Integrated Examination System have been fixed. As per the announced program, the Phase I examination will be conducted on 2082 Magh 24 at 11:00 AM.
The subject for the examination will be “Administrative Aptitude Test” (Administrative Aptitude Test), and it will be an objective (multiple-choice) exam. The duration of the test will be 1 hour 30 minutes.
The Khotang Office has designated the examination center for all candidates from Roll No. 110001 onwards, including those whose exam center has been changed and reassigned to Khotang. Candidates must appear for the examination at Shree Saraswati Secondary School, Diktel, Khotang.
Mandatory Rules for Candidates
The Commission has also clarified the compulsory rules to be followed by examinees:

Candidates must carry their admit card along with a Nepali citizenship certificate or a photo identity card issued by a government office, and must be present at least 1 hour before the exam begins.

Carrying mobile phones, other electronic devices, and bags inside the examination hall is prohibited.

Only a black-ink dot pen or pen must be used in the examination.

The notice also mentions that candidates requiring an assistant writer must submit an application to the office at least 10 days before the examination date, along with reasons and supporting evidence, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.
The Commission has stated that the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice.
