Nayab Subba or Equivalent Second Stage Exam Building Fixed in Ilam
The Public Service Commission, Ilam Office, has fixed the examination building for the second-stage written examination of the Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or equivalent post.
According to Notice No. 61/082-83, dated 2083/02/27, the second-stage written examination will be conducted for candidates who passed the first-stage competitive written examination held on 2083/01/20 from the Ilam Examination Center under Advertisement No. 10001-10006/082-83 (open and inclusive) of the Public Service Commission, Dhankuta Office, for the integrated and joint examination system.
According to the Commission, the examination will be conducted on the scheduled date, time, and venue as per the pre-determined program.

Examinees must bring their admit card along with a Nepali citizenship certificate or any one original photo identity card issued by a government office and be present at the examination building 1 hour before the examination begins.
Candidates will not be allowed to appear from any examination center other than the designated center. Mobile phones, smart watches or other electronic devices, and bags are prohibited inside the examination building. The notice states that only a black-ink pen/dot pen must be used in the examination and candidates may leave only after submitting the answer sheet.
The Commission has stated that the examination scheduled as per the fixed program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
