Written Exam Center Fixed for First Phase – Branch Officer (Gazetted 3rd Class, Non-Technical)

This notice is published to inform all concerned that the first phase written examination for the post of Branch Officer or equivalent under the Nepal Foreign Service, Gazetted 3rd Class (Non-Technical), will be held at the Surkhet Examination Center.

The exam is conducted under the joint and integrated examination system for Advertisement No. 16701–16707/081–82 (Open and Inclusive). Candidates whose applications have been approved and who selected Surkhet as their center must attend the exam on the following date, time, and venue, per the schedule published in Notice No. 1199/2081–82 dated 2082/01/11.

Important Instructions for Candidates

The exam will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
Candidates without an admit card will not be allowed to participate. You must arrive at the exam hall at least one hour before the exam starts. Collect a duplicate admit card from the office at least one day before the exam date if you need it.
You must bring your original Nepali citizenship certificate or a government-issued photo ID. Without it, you will not be allowed to sit for the exam.
Instructions given by assigned staff must be strictly followed.
Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the exam building.
Only black ink pens or dot pens may be used.
The exam will be in multiple-choice format with OMR answer sheets.
Unwanted or undisciplined behavior in the exam hall or restroom is strictly forbidden.
