Purbanchal University Opens BE and B. Architecture Examination Forms
Purbanchal University, Office of Examination Management, Biratnagar, has published a notice regarding the submission of examination application forms for the Second, Fourth, and Seventh Semester Regular and Partial Examinations of various academic programmes under the Faculty of Engineering.
The office issued the notice to all concerned campuses and colleges on Saun 1, 2083 (2083/04/01).
According to the notice, students enrolled in BE (Civil/Computer/E&C/ECA/Electrical/Geomatic/Biomedical) and B. Architecture programmes may submit the examination forms.
Form Submission Deadlines and Process
Deadline for students: Students must complete and submit their examination application forms to their respective campuses by Saun 25, 2083.
Deadline for campuses to deposit fees: Campuses must deposit the examination and affiliation fees collected from students into the office’s current account at Nabil Bank by Saun 26, 2083.

Final date for submitting forms: The original bank voucher for the deposited fees and the examination application forms must be submitted to the Office of Examination Management by Bhadra 2, 2083 (2083/05/02).
Students who fail to complete the form within the prescribed period may submit it by paying the applicable late fee in accordance with the rules.
Mandatory Rules and Instructions for Examination Application Forms

The forms must be arranged according to academic session batches in English alphabetical order, filed with subject-wise details, and submitted accordingly.

The student’s Registration Number must be mentioned on the form. Forms from students whose registration could not be completed because the required documents were incomplete will not be accepted.

Of the three photographs attached to the form, the campus chief or principal of the concerned campus or college must certify the first photograph by signing across the student’s face and the form. The remaining two photographs will be certified by the office.

The attendance record of the concerned student must be stated on the back of the examination application form.

Subjects involving both written and practical examinations, practical examinations only, and all failed subjects must be clearly specified.

A student will not be allowed to appear in the examination for any subject omitted from the form. If an incorrect subject is entered and submitted, a correction fee of Rs. 500 per subject will be charged.

Students who have failed or remained absent from the internal assessment examination will not be permitted to sit for the examination. If they disregard this rule and appear in the examination, their results will be cancelled.

Special Information

For the late-fee periods stated above—up to 10 days and up to five days before the examination—the first day of the examination for the respective academic programme will be regarded as the examination commencement date.

Examination application forms must be submitted only through a representative of the concerned campus or college. The notice clearly states that forms sent through any other means will not be accepted.
