Official Notice: Kathmandu Exam Venue for First-Stage Written Exam

Notice regarding Kathmandu as the examination venue for the first-stage written examination for the post of Anusandhan Sahayak under Advertisement No. 02/082-83 (Open/Inclusive) of the National Investigation Department (Rastriya Anusandhan Bibhag).

The first-stage competitive written examination for candidates whose applications have been approved for the post of Anusandhan Sahayak (equivalent to Non-Gazetted Second Class), under Advertisement No. 02/082-83 (Open and Inclusive) published on 2082-05-13 by the National Investigation Department and conducted by the Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, will be held at the following date, time, and examination venues in Kathmandu. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

The matters that candidates must mandatorily follow are listed below under Note 1.

Note 1: Mandatory Instructions for Candidates

1. The scheduled examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

2. Only a pen (dot pen) with black ink must be used on the OMR answer sheet.

3. Carrying bags, mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices into the exam venue is prohibited, and calculators are not allowed in the examination.

4. No candidate will be allowed to sit for the exam without an admit card. Candidates must bring the admit card and arrive at the exam venue at least 1 hour before the examination begins.

5. Candidates from other examination centers will not be allowed to participate, except those whose applications have been approved with Kathmandu as the exam center.

6. Candidates must bring, along with the admit card, their citizenship certificate or a photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.

7. Due to communicable diseases, candidates must arrange their own mask, sanitizer, and drinking water for personal use.
