SEE Exam 2077 from Jestha 13 and Class 12 Exam from Jestha 26
The Secondary Education Examination (SEE) is scheduled to be conducted from Jestha 13, 2078 BS. Similarly, the class 12 examination will be conducted from 26th Jestha 2078 to 4th Ashad 2078 BS.
Board Member Secretary Durga Prasad Aryal informed that the meeting of the National Examination Board has decided to conduct the SEE Examination from 13th to 24th Jestha 2078 (27 May 2021 to 7th June 2021).
The upcoming SEE will be taken by the National Examination Board. The cabinet meeting held on January 10 had decided to take the SEE exam again by the board. It is mentioned in the decision of the Council of Ministers that the National Examination Board will make necessary arrangements for conducting, managing, publishing, and verifying the results as per the previous cooperation with the state government regarding the SEE examination of Secondary Education (Class 10).
SEE Examination from 13th to 24th Jestha 2078 (27 May 2021 to 7th June 2021) and NEB Class 12 exam from 26th Jestha to 4th Ashad 2078 BS (9th June 2021 to 18 June 2021)
Last year, due to the epidemic of Covid-19, the results were published based on the internal assessment done by the schools.
After the country went into federalism, the state government was given the responsibility of managing, conducting, monitoring and purchasing answer books for the SEE examination. However, due to the lack of law, the SEE examination of class 10 is still being conducted at the national level. The government has not been able to formulate a clear law in this regard despite the provision that the SEE examination should be conducted at the state level.
The constitution has given the right to secondary education to the local government and in the education policy, the class 10 examination has been placed under the province.
