Candidates must use only black ink dot pens while writing the answers.

No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without the admit card. Candidates must bring the admit card and arrive at the examination centre at least one hour before the examination begins.

Carrying bags, mobile phones, or any other electronic devices into the examination hall is strictly prohibited.

If an unexpected public holiday occurs on the examination day, the scheduled examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

While answering objective multiple-choice questions, only answers marked with English capital letters A, B, C, or D will be accepted.

Candidates must bring their admit card along with an identification document containing a photograph (citizenship certificate or any photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal).

The examination will be conducted following the “Examination (Operation and Management) Standards, 2077 (Third Amendment)” issued by the Public Service Commission under special circumstances.

As per Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, candidates requiring a writing assistant must apply in person at the Commission’s examination office at least ten (10) days before the examination date.
